As the first overseas transition pieces project undertaken by a domestic enterprise, this project fills a gap in the domestic manufacturing of similar products and represents an important practice for China’s offshore engineering equipment to “go global.” Adhering to the philosophy that ‘the first unit sets the standard,’ the project team overcame numerous technical challenges, achieving a structural integrity rate of 99%, a 100% precision in root-joining components, and a flange deformation control rate of 97%. The production cycle for a single TP set has been shortened to just one month, and it took only 75 hours to complete the assembly of 15 sets, delivering the project with the high standards of ‘zero rectifications and zero outstanding items.’

At the ceremony, Zhang Xinglin provided a detailed introduction to the project’s three core highlights, emphasizing that this achievement is the result of the collective wisdom and hard work of all those involved, and also a concrete manifestation of our country’s national strategy of strengthening ourselves by facing the sea.

In his speech, Luo Bing pointed out that this project has achieved breakthroughs in three key areas—technological competence, industrial layout, and international cooperation—laying a solid foundation for Huangpu Wenchong to position itself in the clean energy sector and deepen its international partnerships.At the delivery site, Han Jianbing, Deputy General Manager of Huangpu Wenchong, presented a commemorative gift to Mr. Yiannis, the client’s representative, symbolizing the deep bond of mutual cooperation and shared success. Afterwards, leaders and guests from both China and abroad jointly moved to the witnessing area to witness the official delivery of the first batch of products.
